1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph57.cam ("ph57," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ph57 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any ph57 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game. These Terms are governed by Philippine law and subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals, failed transactions, or account restrictions.

3.3 Account Usage Restrictions

Your ph57 account is for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, nor may you use your account on behalf of any third party. 5. Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by ph57. Any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to ph57, provided the balance was not obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and processing procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without approval from ph57 management.

11. Limitation of Liability

ph57 provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding Platform availability, game outcomes, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph57 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph57 services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

ph57 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network failures, device malfunctions, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless caused by proven negligence in ph57 security systems.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of ph57 services, you must first contact our customer support team. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and respond within 10 business days. Disputes regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, or account actions should be raised within 14 days of the relevant transaction or event.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph57 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using ph57, you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

12.3 Arbitration

For disputes not resolved through our internal complaint process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
